Refund Policy
Silver Sister does not refund for change of mind. Please contact info@silversister if you feel there is a need to return a product.
Defective Product: We are able to offer a refund if the item is subject to faulty workmanship. Please contact us at info@silversister.co.nz and we will advise of the process to return the item. Please note that there must be a valid proof of purchase for a faulty claim to proceed. Silver Sister is not required to provide you with a copy of your original receipt to facilitate an exchange, refund, insurance or warranty claim.
